This role is responsible for overseeing the full employee lifecycle-including hiring, training, and performance management-while supervising routine and complex testing activities like environmental monitoring and microbiology analysis. Acting as both a people leader and a technical subject matter expert, the supervisor ensures strict regulatory compliance, guides OOS and CAPA investigations, champions continuous improvement, and represents the department during internal and external regulatory audits.
