Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in a biological science.
• 1–3 years progressive laboratory experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Planning and organizational skills.
• Must be able to understand English in a heavily regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine microbiological testing and QC data review.
• Mentor and train less experienced analysts in the group.
• Maintain equipment and calibrations; coordinate maintenance and requalification as needed.
• Assist in investigations (OOS/OOT/OOL) and document findings.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP/GLP and ISO 5 gowning requirements.
• Coordinate environmental monitoring in production and QC labs.
• Prepare data for release by QA and support tech transfer activities.
