Job summary

Bristol-Myers Squibb Co. seeks a Manager of QC Microbiology to lead the microbiology lab supporting CAR T manufacturing. You will drive testing programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor staff in a fast-paced, critical environment.

The role requires strong expertise in cGMP, data integrity, and regulatory audits, with responsibility for SOP development and interdepartmental collaboration. On-site work in Devens, MA, with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology or related science is required.
• Advanced degree preferred for this leadership role.
• 7 years of relevant experience in microbiology or environmental monitoring is expected.

Responsibilities

• Manage QC Microbiology department and testing program.
• Coordinate scheduling to support final product, in-process, and components testing.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, forms, and methods for compliant operation.
• Ensure timely disposition of results and CAPA/Deviations investigations.
• Lead and develop direct reports and cross-functional collaboration.
