Job summary

Manpower, Inc. is seeking a Biology Lab Technician for their Quality Control team in Opelika, AL. The role focuses on microbiological testing of materials and products, following GMP/USP procedures, and maintaining documentation.

The ideal candidate has a biology/microbiology background, basic microbiology knowledge, and good communication and teamwork skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Microbiology, Biology, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of microbiology and laboratory practices.
• GMP experience considered a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry.
• Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform microbiological testing on raw materials, products, and environmental samples.
• Follow GMP, USP, and laboratory procedures.
• Review test results and laboratory documentation.
• Support environmental monitoring and OOS investigations.
• Maintain laboratory equipment, supplies, and work areas.
