Job summary

B. Braun Medical, Inc. is seeking a dedicated QC Microbiology Associate II for our Irvine site.

The role focuses on microbiological testing, sample handling, and data integrity to support cGMP-compliant laboratory operations on onsite work. You will join a regulated environment, report to the QC Microbiology Supervisor/Manager, and contribute to continuous improvement of procedures, documentation, and safety practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one year of laboratory, microbiology, quality control, or related scientific experience.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent documentation and recordkeeping skills.
• Ability to follow written procedures in a regulated environment.
• Proficient in data recording, report preparation, and review of laboratory documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform microbiological testing on finished products, stability samples, environmental monitoring samples, and other laboratory samples per procedures.
• Receive, prepare, process, and document samples while maintaining data integrity and cGMP compliance.
• Record, review, and compile laboratory results, reports, and documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Support laboratory equipment calibration, qualification, maintenance, troubleshooting, and routine activities.
• Verify test results and ensure conformity with procedures and quality standards.
• Assist with development and revision of laboratory procedures and documentation practices.
• Maintain laboratory cleanliness and safety compliance.
