This onsite role collaborates with Quality, Manufacturing and Technical Services teams to ensure product quality and patient safety. The position involves performing scientific testing, recording data with accuracy, maintaining equipment, and participating in continuous improvement

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• 0-2 years of experience in a microbiology or regulated lab setting.
• Knowledge of microbiological techniques and aseptic practices.
• Ability to follow procedures and document activities accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Ability to work in a team and maintain compliance.

Responsibilities

• Perform microbiological testing for finished products, environmental monitoring, and samples.
• Record and review data in compliance with cGMP and data integrity standards.
• Maintain laboratory equipment, media, reagents, and supplies.
• Assist with equipment qualification, calibration, and maintenance.
• Review results and escalate atypical findings.
• Support investigations of OOS/OOT and deviations.
• Help revise SOPs to support continuous improvement.
