Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction, including federal government projects
• OSHA 30 certification (can be obtained after start)
• Construction Quality Control For Contractors certification (can be obtained after start)
• Experience directing, training, and motivating field personnel
• Ability to obtain GSA and military base passes and operate on military installations
• Strong knowledge of federal construction requirements and safety standards

Responsibilities

• Ensure that materials, workmanship, and repairs comply with contract, plans, specs, and building codes
• Review and approve submittals and perform daily inspections
• Prepare daily and monthly reports and monitor project progress
• Create and maintain project submittal registers and QA/QC plans
• Lead safety programs, conduct daily huddles, and safety meetings
• Coordinate with government QAR and manage meetings and progress updates
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and assist in risk management
