Job summary

MPI, a leading commercial construction firm in the Dallas–Fort Worth area, seeks a Quality Control Manager to ensure projects meet quality standards from ground-up to complex renovations. You will partner with Project Managers, Superintendents, and field teams to implement QA programs and drive compliance across multiple active projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of quality control, quality assurance, project engineering, superintendent, or construction management experience.
  • Experience supporting commercial construction projects across industrial, retail, office, multifamily, healthcare, institutional, or manufacturing developments.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, building systems, project specifications, and quality management processes.
  • Experience conducting inspections, audits, and corrective action programs.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area as required.

Job Description

The Quality Control Manager will report to senior construction leadership and partner closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, and field teams to ensure all projects are delivered in accordance with company, client, and regulatory quality standards.
