Job summary

Rusco Manufacturing is hiring a QC Line Inspector in Machesney Park, IL. You will monitor production processes, inspect products for quality and compliance, identify defects, and ensure specifications are met throughout the line.

The role requires reading work instructions, basic math and measurement skills, and the ability to use calipers, gauges, and other inspection equipment. Team collaboration and careful documentation are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in quality inspection or manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to read work instructions and technical docs.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual and dimensional inspections of products throughout production.
• Verify products meet specifications, drawings, procedures, and customer requirements.
• Identify, document, and report defects and quality issues.
• Complete inspection reports and checklists accurately.
• Communicate quality concerns to production supervisors and quality personnel.
• Help identify recurring defects and support corrective actions.
• Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

QC Line InspectorLocation: Machesney Park ILJob Type: Full TimeShift: 1stPay: $22 - $24 per hourAbout the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented QC Line Inspector to join our production team.
