Total Aviation Staffing, LLC is seeking a QC Lead/CMM Programmer to join a precision-machined aerospace components team in San Jose, CA. You will program and operate Zeiss CMMs, lead QC inspectors, and ensure AS9100/ISO9001 quality standards in a high-mix prototyping environment.

Competenze

• 5–10+ years of mechanical quality-control inspection experience in precision CNC machining.
• Proven experience programming and operating CMM equipment.
• Strong proficiency in manual inspection techniques.
• Advanced knowledge of GD&T and engineering drawing interpretation.
• Ability to independently resolve measurement discrepancies and make final quality decisions.
• Familiarity with AS9102 First Article Inspection requirements and AS9100/ISO 9001 environments.
• Experience leading and prioritizing work for a QC team.
