Job summary

Qnity Electronics, Inc. is seeking a Lab Technician for the CMPT Delaware Operations team on the day shift (6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.). You will collect and analyze samples, perform chemical/physical analyses, and support manufacturing with data and QC testing.

The role requires attention to detail, solid communication skills, and experience with MS Office and ERP systems; safety, quality, and continuous improvement are core priorities in our lab and warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail to prevent errors.
• Excellent communication, analysis, troubleshooting and organizational skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Office products including Word and Excel (Access preferred).
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze samples.
• Perform chemical and/or physical analyses or tests using standard procedures and safety guidelines.
• Operate, maintain, and calibrate QC metrology equipment as required.
• Record and organize data from product testing; perform basic computations.
• Verify products meet requirements and release raw materials for manufacturing support.
• Engage in SPC analysis for raw material data and testing.
• Travel locally between manufacturing campus laboratories.
• Follow safety practices for handling hazardous chemicals and wastes.
• Wear PPE and work safely in warehouse and manufacturing areas.
• Support overtime, weekend coverage, or alternate shifts as needed.
