Job summary

Air Liquide Advanced Materials is hiring a Quality Control Lab Technician I to join our Upper Mount Bethel facility. The role performs routine analytical operations, conducts tests with GC, FTIR, IC and ICP/MS, and documents results in LIMS. Night shifts and weekend work are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years lab experience with GC.
• Willing to work night shifts and weekends.
• Ability to wear a full face respirator and PPE.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and climb ladders.
• Proficient input of analytical data into LIMS.

Responsibilities

• Perform analytical testing using GC, FTIR, IC, ICP/MS and other analyzers.
• Ensure timely throughput of product through lab queue.
• Document data into analytical databases/LIMS and maintain records.
• Maintain analytical equipment and perform preventive maintenance.
• Adhere to ISO 9001:2015 directives and calibration requirements.
• Follow safety policies and PPE program; participate in safety protocols.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and assist in QA/QC.
