Job summary

Integration International Inc. seeks a detail-oriented laboratory professional to perform QC testing, ensure accurate SAP data entry, and monitor material quality within specified time windows.

You will participate in NCMR investigations and be an active member of the HACCP/GMP/Food Safety Team. Responsibilities include safety compliance, data documentation, sample prep, calibration, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Laboratory experience is required.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred, with preference given to chemistry, biology, or related fields.
• Basic knowledge of statistics is preferred. Able to learn statistics (Control Charting, SPC, Cpk, Cp, Std. Dev).
• Ability to self-direct work and processes.
• Demonstrate strong attention to details and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Ensure QC testing is completed per procedures and results inputted into SAP within the QC time window.
• Report to management when material issues arise (out-of-spec or limits).
• Participate in NCMR data input and investigations.
• Join HACCP/GMP/Food Safety Team activities.
• Comply with lab safety and maintain housekeeping.
• Prioritize testing based on customer or R&D needs.
• Document and report testing data accurately.
• Prepare samples and manage per lab procedures.
• Complete calibration, certification, and pre-use processes.
• Manage nonconforming material flow (entry, assignment, closure).
• Support continuous improvement projects.
• Review and report production data.
• Attend HACCP/GMP/Food Safety meetings and conduct GMP/Glass inspections.
