Job summary

The Vincit Group in Chattanooga, TN is seeking a QC Lab Technician to perform QC tests on raw materials and finished products, support microbiology testing, and assist with batch adjustments. This role requires an Associates degree or commensurate experience and up to 2 years in an industrial lab, with first-shift hours Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in laboratory techniques or commensurate work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 0–2 years’ experience in industrial chemical/microbiology laboratory.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic QC analytical functions for raw materials and finished goods.
• Support microbiology testing with prepared materials (buffers, plates, tubes, solutions).
• Assist with microbiological testing as required.
• Work quickly, stay on task, and assist with materials acquisition.
• Support laboratory records and equipment maintenance.
