Job summary

TRCC is seeking a 2nd shift Quality Control Lab Technician in Dalton, GA to perform chemical testing for quality control in our on-site lab. You will use titration methods, pH, conductivity, and moisture checks while handling FTIR, XRF, GC, HPLC, and GPC instruments. Regular sample logging, CoA preparation, and timely reporting are required.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and collaboration with production staff to ensure product quality and compliance with standard procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• Experience with chemical testing and reporting.
• Ability to work on site and in a lab environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform chemical tests including titrations, pH, and conductivity.
• Operate FTIR, XRF, GC, HPLC, and GPC instruments.
• Log samples, prepare CoAs, and report results promptly.
• Maintain lab cleanliness and safety protocols.
