Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Make batch adjustments following standardized procedures
• Test raw materials, perform gage R & R studies, and other assigned functions
• Analyze and interpret complex numerical data; recognize trends; adjust color accordingly

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong math skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work first shift immediately
• Effective oral and written communication
• Color vision with shade discrimination
• Proficiency with Windows OS and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Preferred Skills

• Experience with color analysis and adjustment
• Accuracy, dependability, and ability to work independently
• Ability to work overtime and closely collaborate with shift supervisor

Education and Experience

• Minimum 2-year science degree or 1-3 years related color experience/training, or equivalent
