Job Title: QC Lab Technician


Job Location: Phoenix, AZ


Hourly Pay Rate: $27/hr


1st shift, Monday - Friday (7:00am - 3:30pm)


Contract to hire for the right person.




Job Summary:


* Performs and reviews the Daily Compliance Verification Checklist, documents results and reports to immediate supervisor.


* Performs and coordinates the completion of environmental monitoring and documentation, collection of environment monitoring samples, sterility tests, aseptic technique qualifications and medical fill process validations.


* Responsible for verifying, filing, compilation and documentation of test report, relevant documentation of all test conducted and quality batch records.


* Submits samples to the appropriate labs for chemical assay and microbial tests.


* Provides immediate feedback to leadership on all quality related problems.


* Records results into monthly and quarterly reports. Supports audits as required.


Job Description:


* Supporting the Batch Record Review Team


* Responsible for reviewing the initial and final production records, to be released and sent out to the customer.


* Reviewing for GMP errors, process errors, reconciling before they can release the batch.


* Could be coming from a quality, compliance, GMP role from other industries. They already have biologists on the team.


* Someone with experience in pharmacy compounding would be a strong plus.


Education and Experience Required:


Bachelor's Degree Required.


1+ year related experience required.


Certifications:


Applicable industry/professional certification preferred.
