Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSK) seeks a QC Lab Assistant in New York, NY to support release testing of GMP cell and gene therapy products. You will compile, review and trend test results and coordinate QC activities across Manufacturing, Process Development and Quality Assurance under GLP conditions.

You should have a biology-related bachelor's degree with 3 years of relevant experience in molecular biology techniques (qPCR, PCR, flow cytometry), gene editing (CRISPR) and

• Bachelor's degree in a related science with 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with qPCR, PCR, flow cytometry and DNA extraction.
• CRISPR mediated gene editing and single cell cloning.
• Drafting SOPs, planning experiments; GLP documentation.

Responsabilités

• Build, compile, review and trend QC results to support release of GMP products.
• Coordinate QC activities with Manufacturing, Process Development and QA.
• Maintain accurate QC documentation and test records.
