Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York, NY seeks a QC Lab Assistant for GMP Shared Resource Core Facility to support release testing of cell and gene therapy products. You will collaborate across Manufacturing, Process Development and QA, handling QC samples and maintaining accurate documentation throughout the manufacturing lifecycle.

The role requires a biology/chemistry-related bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years in molecular biology techniques, CRISPR editing, and SOP

Qualificações

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in biology, chemistry, pharm sciences, biochemistry or related field.
3+ years experience with qPCR, PCR, flow cytometry, DNA extraction and cell-based assays.
CRISPR gene editing and single cell cloning experience.
Drafting SOPs, designing and planning experiments.
Data analysis, interpretation and trending; GLP documentation.
MS Office suite; FlowJo, GraphPad Prism and SnapGene proficiency.

Responsabilidades

Build, compile, review and trend QC test results to support release of GMP cell/gene therapy products.
Collaborate with Manufacturing, Process Development and QA to handle QC samples through lifecycle.
Plan and coordinate QC lab activities and maintain accurate documentation and logs.
Support cell therapy operations and patient infusion activities; assist quality systems and data mgmt.
Perform analytical development assay activities including assay qualification and optimization.
