Job summary

Eurofins PSS insourcing solutions in New York is seeking an entry‑level Quality Control Assistant to verify sample submissions and support lab operations.

You will receive, label, store samples, and deliver them to Quality Control labs, while performing routine temperature and environmental monitoring and documenting results.

This full‑time 2nd shift role offers hands‑on regulatory exposure (cGMP, SOPs) and collaboration with internal teams and external customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a life sciences field.
• Exposure to or interest in working in a cGMP‑regulated environment (prior experience is a plus but not required).
• Ability to work in the United States on a full‑time basis without current or future sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Verify and review sample submissions to ensure they meet Quality Control requirements
• Receive, label, organize, and properly store samples according to established procedures
• Deliver samples to Quality Control laboratories for testing in a timely and accurate manner
• Perform routine temperature, environmental, and/or CO₂ monitoring and document results
• Support compliance with regulatory and quality standards (cGMP, SOPs, safety guidelines)
• Communicate and collaborate with internal teams and external customers as needed
