Job summary

Eurofins USA PSS Insourcing Solutions is seeking a Quality Control sample management associate to help keep our regulated lab operations compliant and efficient. This entry-level role offers hands-on experience in a laboratory environment and exposure to cGMP standards.

You will verify submissions, label and organize samples, and support timely delivery to QC labs while documenting results and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a life sciences field (biology, chemistry, biochemistry, or related discipline).
• Exposure to or interest in working in a cGMP-regulated environment. Prior experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work in the United States on a full-time basis without current or future sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Verify and review sample submissions to ensure they meet Quality Control requirements.
• Receive, label, organize, and properly store samples according to established procedures.
• Deliver samples to Quality Control laboratories for testing in a timely and accurate manner.
• Perform routine temperature, environmental, and/or CO₂ monitoring and document results.
• Support compliance with regulatory and quality standards (cGMP, SOPs, safety guidelines).
• Communicate and collaborate with internal teams and external customers as needed.
