Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific field is required.
• 2+ years of QC lab experience required.
• Strong knowledge of chemistry, analytical methods, investigations, and lab operations.
• Familiarity with cGMPs, compendia, and regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, teamwork, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high performing team, manage staffing, and provide coaching.
• Oversee lab group operations including materials, finished products, projects, and stability samples.
• Identify issues in tests or results and implement corrective actions.
• Review analytical data and support investigations and product release where required.
• Ensure QC activities align with cGMP, safety standards, and internal procedures.
