Job summary

Roquette seeks an Analytical Technologist in Midland, MI to lead lab operations within the Quality Control Laboratory. You will perform routine and advanced analyses, calibrations, and data interpretation while ensuring quality and regulatory compliance.

Develop and mentor lab staff, adapt I/T systems, and support product release through rigorous QA processes. The role requires a Chemistry degree and hands-on analytical experience in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry with a minimum of three (3) years of relevant manufacturing lab experience.
• Proficiency with math and computer skills.
• Experience with Gas Chromatography and Liquid Chromatography; familiarity with cGMP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and non-routine analyses, instrument calibration, and instrument maintenance in support of plant operations and product release.
• Monitor analytical systems, identify problems, and conduct troubleshooting.
• Ensure compliance to GMP and ISO requirements and support lab auditing.
• Use analytical tools, document results, and communicate findings to clients and leadership.
