Job summary

Roquette seeks an Analytical Technologist to join the Quality Control Laboratory in Midland, MI. The AT will perform routine and special analyses, calibrate instruments, and support product release while ensuring GMP/ISO compliance.

The role involves developing training, mentoring staff, and improving lab processes. Requires a Chemistry degree with relevant lab experience and proficiency in analytical techniques, with office/ lab mix and potential travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry with a minimum of three years of relevant manufacturing lab experience (required).
• Proficiency with math and computer skills (required).
• Previous analytical laboratory experience and/or technical training in analytical chemistry (required).
• Gas Chromatography and Liquid Chromatography experience (preferred).
• Experience with cGMP requirements (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise and leadership in the lab.
• Work with Quality and Operations to implement analytical processes.
• Support effective lab operations and instrument qualification/maintenance.
• Coordinate training and mentoring of lab personnel.
• Ensure compliance with GMP and ISO requirements.
