Job summary

Arkema Inc. in Chester, SC is seeking a QC Lab Technician to perform quality control testing of raw materials and finished products. The role supports ISO program documentation and requires strong data management skills with SAP, Excel, Lotus, and lab instrument software.

The position involves rotating shifts (24/7) and adherence to safety, environmental, and housekeeping standards, reporting to the Quality Supervisor. 1–2 years lab experience and a two-year technical degree are preferred.

Qualifications

1-2 years of lab experience in manufacturing facility required.
Two-year technical degree preferred.
Proficiency with Excel, Word, and Access.

Responsibilities

Perform quality control testing of raw materials and products.
Maintain records and ISO program documentation.
Operate lab instrumentation and analyze samples from production, shipping, and customers.
Enter data accurately into SAP, Excel and lab software; maintain hard copies.
