Job summary

Epson America Inc. is seeking a QC Inspector to develop quality standards and perform inspections in the Repair Depot and Special Projects areas, ensuring data integrity and timely reporting.

The role emphasizes problem identification, process improvement, and collaboration with supervisors to drive quality enhancements across the depot’s operations. This is a full-time, on-site position near Indianapolis.

Qualifications

• Experience auditing with gauges (micrometers and calipers).
• Knowledge of quality standards and SOPs.
• Proficiency with computers.
• Understanding of ISO is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing quality standards within Epson parameters.
• Conduct physical and visual inspections with minimal guidance.
• Compile and input data into spreadsheets/matrices for reports.
• Ensure errors are corrected promptly.
• Validate all documentation prior to submission.
• Submit all documentation in a timely manner.
• Help identify problems and assist in solutions.
• Support specialists and supervisors with inspections/investigations.
