Job summary

Spherion Staffing, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join our manufacturing team in Indiana. You will inspect raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods to identify defects and prevent sub-standard products reaching customers.

This full-time role runs Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, offering $19-$23 per hour. Candidates should have 1-4 years of experience, high school diploma, and the ability to read blueprints and use precision tools.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1–4 years of experience in quality control/inspection preferred.
• Experience reading blueprints and using precision measurement tools.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, tolerances, and technical specs.
• Use calipers, micrometers, gauges and inspection software to verify dimensions.
• Conduct incoming, in-process, and final inspections across production cycle.
• Log test variables and generate NCRs or Certificates of Analysis.
• Collaborate with production and engineers to troubleshoot defects and adjust line.
