Houston Precision Fasteners in Houston, Texas, is looking for a Quality Control Inspector to examine machined parts for defects and ensure conformance to standards. The role requires 4+ years of experience in quality inspection and intermediate knowledge of inspection tools and techniques.

Houston Precision Fasteners produces high strength, fatigue rated, close tolerance fasteners using materials such as carbon steel, alloy steel, nickel alloy, titanium, waspaloy, A-286, monel and multiphase. Our fasteners have supported mission aircraft such as Joint Strike Fighters, F/A 18 Super Hornet, and Falcon 9. We are dedicated to providing a superior product to our customers.
Inspect machined parts or products for defects, damage, wear, and deviations from specifications in Final and In Process Inspection. May use precision measuring instruments and complex test equipment. Use computer systems to enter and log data. Able to perform inspections independently. May coach and train Level I Inspectors. Act as a QC Liaison, answering source inspection questions on any parts submitted for source.
