Job summary

Belvac is seeking a QC Inspector (Onsite) in Lynchburg, VA to perform comprehensive inspection activities across receiving, in-process, and final stages. Candidate will use micrometers, calipers, indicators, and CMM equipment, with travel on a seven-day cycle if required.

Requirements include high school diploma or GED and 2 years of manufacturing inspection experience. Proficiency in GD&T, blueprint reading, and ERP familiarity is beneficial.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of experience as a quality inspector in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work all shifts and travel on a 7-day cycle if needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of inspection functions in accordance with approved procedures and/or instructions.
• Receipt inspection: staging of parts and materials.
• In-process inspections: first piece, final, final inspection, and assembly inspection.
• Process surveillances and other duties as assigned.
