Job summary

ManpowerGroup's client in Kyle, TX is seeking a QC Inspector to join the Production Team. The role emphasizes ensuring quality during sorting, receiving shipments, and identifying parts, with potential sewing or rework as needed to meet customer requirements.

The candidate will communicate directly with the Customer and TSM, produce daily reports, and coordinate report submissions, while contributing to inventory identification and quality control processes.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in production environments.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify quality issues as sorting material and investigate results.
• Receive shipments, identify parts, and sort accordingly.
• Perform rework if required per customer or internal requirements.
• Assist with sewing if needed per customer requirement or TSM request.
• Direct communication with Customer and with TSM.
• Create daily reports and send to TSM; receive reports from TSM and submit to Customer.

What's the Job?

• Quality issues as sorting material, investigation, receive shipments, identify parts.
• Sewing in case of needed due to Customer requirement or TSM require,
• Rework if require due to Customer responsibility as a service or TSM require,
• Identify inventory,
• Report clean points and results of sorting material to Customer.
• Direct communication with Customer,
• Direct communication with TSM,
• Create Daily reports and send to TSM,
• Receive reports from TSM and submit to Customer.
