Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Quality Control Inspector to conduct receiving, in-process, and final inspections to ensure adherence to engineering specifications and quality standards. You will collaborate with Engineering and Production to maintain product integrity and document findings.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years of quality inspection experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with precision measuring equipment (calipers, micrometers, gauges, microscopes).
• Ability to read basic engineering drawings and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Reliable with attendance and communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform receiving, in-process, and final inspections.

• Inspect electronic and cable assemblies for workmanship and labeling accuracy.

Job Summary

This individual will work closely with Engineering and Production teams to maintain product integrity, document quality findings, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

• Inspect electronic and cable assemblies for workmanship and labeling accuracy.
• Utilize measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and microscopes.
• Document and process non-conformance reports in QT9.
• Maintain inspection records and material status identification.
• Assist with sorting, containment activities, and rework verification.
• Communicate quality concerns with internal departments and management.

Must-Have Requirements

1. High School Diploma or GED.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within an ISO 9001 quality system.
• Familiarity with ERP and Quality Management Systems.
• Experience with QT9 or similar nonconformance management software.
