Point Blank Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk in Florida. You will input data from source documents into databases, scan records, and help maintain data accuracy across multiple systems.

This role requires a High School Diploma, strong English reading and writing skills, and solid Microsoft Office proficiency. You will support quality processes, assist with document control, and uphold safety standards in a fast-paced office environment.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to read and follow English instructions.
  • Proficient computer skills, including internet usage and email communication.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office 2010 or later, especially: Excel (including spreadsheets, graphics, and pivot tables), Word, PowerPoint.
  • Preferred: Working knowledge of product-specific manufacturing requirements.
  • Reliable and consistent attendance is essential to perform this role.
  • Must be able to read and write in English.
  • Flexible schedule and willingness to adapt to changing work hours as needed.

Physical Demands and Working Conditions
  • Must be able to move throughout the office environment with minimal reaching above or below desk level.

  • Prolonged use of a computer keyboard and video display terminal requires strength, hand-eye coordination, dexterity, and visual focus.
  • Extended periods of sitting are required to complete tasks efficiently and accurately.
