Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics in Covington, OH is seeking a detail-oriented Laboratory Technician to collect samples, test materials, and operate lab equipment in a GMP environment. You will participate in quality audits and maintain clean work areas.

The role requires a B.S. in a scientific discipline and 1–2 years of GMP/FDA experience, with strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills. Overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• B.S. in a scientific discipline with academic lab experience.
• 1–2 years’ GMP/FDA manufacturing experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, documentation, and organization.

Responsibilities

• Collect samples including raw material, finished product, process equipment and environmental.
• Test purchased materials and Perrigo manufactured products per cGMP requirements.
• Operate laboratory equipment.
• Participate in internal and external quality audits.
• Maintain personal laboratory work area and assist with general cleaning.
• Participate in training and development.
