Placements24 is seeking a Junior Chemical Engineer to join the Quality Control team in Queenstown. You will perform quality control tests on materials, analyze results, and help ensure products meet specifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related field.
• Strong understanding of analytical chemistry principles and techniques.
• Familiarity with laboratory equipment and instrumentation.
• Good understanding of quality control principles and statistical analysis is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Perform routine and non-routine quality control tests on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
• Analyze test results and compare against established specifications.
• Document test results accurately and maintain laboratory records.
• Identify and report deviations from quality standards to the QC supervisor.
• Assist in troubleshooting quality issues and implementing corrective actions.
• Participate in calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment.
• Ensure GLP and relevant quality standards compliance.
• Collaborate with production and R&D teams on quality concerns.
• Prepare reports on quality data and trends.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in Quality Control.
