Job summary

bioMérieux is seeking a Night Shift Biochemistry QC Analyst in North Carolina to perform routine biochemical testing, training, and data entry in a regulated environment. The role emphasizes SOP adherence, GLP/GMP compliance, and collaboration across departments.

Responsibilities include equipment troubleshooting, audit preparation, and timely documentation. Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with 4+ years in a regulated lab and experience with LIMS. Night hours on a 2-2-3 rotation are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 4+ years in a regulated Biochemistry/Chemistry lab with GxP testing.
• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Biomedical preferred.
• Experience with LIMS and quality systems (GxP, GMP/GLP) recommended.

Responsibilities

• Train QC testing and instrument maintenance.
• Troubleshoot Biochemistry lab equipment.
• Ensure accurate, timely documentation of test results.
• Ensure SOP compliance and GLP/GMP adherence.
• Assist with audits and laboratory investigations.
• Enter data into LIMS and paper records as needed.
• Support revisions to QC SOPs and training.
• Maintain PPE and participate in process improvements.
