Job summary

Eurofins USA PSS Insourcing Solutions is seeking a Laboratory Operations Engineer to support regulated bioanalytics laboratories and processing systems at the Spring House, PA site. You will assist with automation asset maintenance, validation, data management and SDLC/compliance across multiple labs.

The role requires a Bachelor of Science (or Master’s) in a related field, 2+ years of relevant experience, and strong communication and SOP-compliance skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 2+ years in relevant field
• Experience in GLP/GMP lab environment
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Ability to follow SOPs and regulatory compliance
• Root Cause Analysis skills

Responsibilities

• Support process systems in regulated bioanalytical labs.
• Assist in automation asset maintenance and system security.
• Manage data, obsolescence initiatives, and SDLC/compliance needs.
• Coordinate service with vendors and facilities staff.
• Maintain calibration and maintenance schedules for instruments.
• Act as system administrator for equipment applications and alarms.
• Collaborate with lab ops staff for cross-site support and improvement.
• Contribute to reporting, analytics and visualization for ops.
