Job summary

Nucleus Biologics, The Cell Performance Company™, is seeking a QC Analyst I to perform routine quality control activities including environmental monitoring and water testing, ensuring compliance with cGMP and ISO standards. You will support laboratory operations, data entry, trending, and inventory management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, Biology, or a related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of QC lab experience in a regulated industry (pharma/biotech) preferred.
• Cleanroom ISO Class 7/8 gowning experience required.

Responsibilities

• Perform environmental monitoring of classified and non-classified areas (air, surface, personnel).
• Conduct water testing per USP and applicable standards.
• Test raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products for quality conformance.
• Assist investigations of deviations and non-conformances with proper documentation.
• Maintain compliant QC records and support audits and internal metrics.
