The role emphasizes hands-on testing, data integrity, and collaboration with Quality, Manufacturing, and Development teams to meet project timelines and maintain fast, accurate release processes.

Qualifikationen

• Advanced degree or equivalent experience in pharmaceutical analysis and leadership.
• Strong hands-on experience in a cGMP laboratory and data integrity.
• Proven ability to mentor and supervise QC analytical staff.

• Provide day-to-day technical leadership for QC analytical lab activities.
• Mentor QC chemists, plan workload, and ensure timely testing.
• Oversee method development, transfer, validation, and troubleshooting.
• Review data, ensure accuracy, and support deviations investigations.
• Maintain instrumentation oversight and analytical problem-solving.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with QA, Manufacturing, and Development.
