RoslinCT is a leading cell therapy contract development and manufacturing organization. The QC Analyst II, Flow Cytometry & Molecular Biology, will transfer analytical methods, optimize assays, and author SOPs and test methods to support quality control in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of cGMP QC experience, with hands-on work in flow cytometry, qPCR, dPCR, ELISAs, and cell-based assays. Collaboration across teams and initiative are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science or related field.
• Experience with cGMP quality control preferred.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.

Responsabilités

• Perform routine and non-routine QC testing on in-process samples and finished products.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring proper calibration.
• Provide support for method feasibility/transfers/qualification/validation and stability testing.
• Assist in implementation of new assay methodologies and instrumentation.
• Review data per procedures and cGMP requirements.
• Author/review/approve Protocols, SOPs, Test Methods and other QC docs.
• Participate in audits, investigations, CAPAs, and change controls.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and efficiency gains in QC.
