Job summary

FUJIFILM Biotechnologies is hiring a QC Analyst to support a 2/2/3 schedule on a 6pm-6am shift in Holly Springs, NC. You will perform urgent testing (Bioburden, Endotoxin, HPLC, UV, TOC) across QC labs and help with environmental monitoring, data integrity, and CAPA activities.

You will learn multiple lab methods, coordinate materials with procurement, and support deviations within GMP/GLP frameworks while ensuring timely results for manufacturing support.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to plan and execute tasks with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine QC testing for urgent/STAT samples across multiple labs.
• Support environmental monitoring and clean utility sampling.
• Coordinate testing materials and ensure inventory readiness.
• Ensure data integrity and proper use of LIMS/TrackWise systems.
• Assist in CAPA implementation and deviations investigations.
• Maintain instruments and assist in lab maintenance tasks.
