Job summary

FUJIFILM Biotechnologies in Holly Springs, NC seeks a Senior Analyst 1, QC Compendial Testing to ensure GMP-compliant laboratory operations and to support the transfer of methods into QC labs. The role involves testing of raw materials per USP/EP/JP, CAPA tracking, and collaboration with QA, supply chain, and manufacturing teams.

The candidate will help maintain lab systems, train junior analysts, and contribute to continuous improvement while working in a 24/7 facility environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology, Biochemistry or related field with 2+ years of industry experience, or a Master’s degree with no prior experience.
• Experience with compendial testing (USP/EP/JP) and cGMP.
• Flexibility to support a 24/7 manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and non-routine testing of incoming materials and components following compendial (USP/EP/JP) and internal methods.
• Authors and reviews procedures, protocols, reports and specifications related to raw materials and materials requiring compendial testing.
• Initiates and implements TrackWise deviations, CAPAs, lab exceptions and invalid assays.
• Ensure adherence to quality policies, SOPs and industry regulations; maintain integrity of laboratory results and a safe environment.
