Arcare is seeking a Qualified Behavioral Health Provider (QBHP) for a full-time, 40-hour workweek in Clinton, KY. Travel 30% and a focus on empowering clients and their networks to participate in treatment are central to the role.

The QBHP delivers clinical interventions under MHP supervision and collaborates with a treatment team. Candidates should have an associates degree (preferred) or a high school diploma/GED, with at least one year of QBHP-related experience preferred.

Formación

• Associate Degree preferred / High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of QBHP or mental health experience preferred; case management experience beneficial.
• Knowledge of motivational interviewing, engagement strategies, co-occurring disorders, stages of change theory, and community resources.

Responsabilidades

• Completes the necessary related documentation to the above-described duties.
• Serves as part of the client's treatment team.
• Provides transportation as necessary to accomplish treatment goals.
• Documents QBHP supervision and observation in the EHR system.
• Establishes positive relationships with client, family, and their support network.
