Job summary

Methodist Family Health in Hot Springs, AR seeks a part-time Qualified Behavioral Health Professional (QBHP) to join its treatment team. You will provide input on client concerns, collaborate with the client’s supports, and deliver interventions per the treatment plan under supervision.

You will respond to communications, assist with referrals, and help coordinate transportation to ensure treatment adherence.

Qualifications

• Some college or better.
• Associates or higher preferred.
• Paraprofessional training per Arkansas Medicaid standards.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate as a member of the treatment team and provide input on client concerns and progress.
• Collaborate with client’s supports and other providers to improve treatment outcomes.
• Provide clinical and behavioral interventions as outlined in the client’s treatment plan, supervised by the treating therapist.
• Respond to calls and communications from client, family, and referral sources in a timely, professional manner.
• Assist with securing PCP referrals and obtaining necessary signatures on documents.
• Provide transportation to clients as needed to support treatment adherence.
• Document interventions in EMR accurately and timely; review daily alerts and emails.
