Job summary

Brown & Root Industrial Services is seeking a QA/QC professional to lead inspections and ensure product and material conformance. You will document test results, monitor defects, and collaborate with production to drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include utilizing precision instruments, training staff, and interpreting QA standards and regulations to maintain high quality throughout manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in quality assurance, Engineering, or related field required.
• Certification in Quality Control or Quality Assurance (e.g., ASQ) preferred.
• Experience with QA in manufacturing and familiarity with standards.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel for data analysis.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Must have extensive knowledge of Mechanical Integrity, Pipe Inspection, Vessel Inspection and UT Fitness Inspections.
• Conduct inspections and tests on products and materials to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Document and report inspection outcomes with detailed reports and paperwork.
• Identify and monitor defects to support continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to maintain quality throughout manufacturing.
• Use precision measuring instruments to verify product dimensions and performance.
• Train and guide production staff in QC procedures and protocols.
• Analyze test data and communicate findings for process improvements.
• Interpret and apply quality assurance standards, methodologies, and regulations.
• Assist in developing and implementing quality control policies and procedures.

• Train and guide production staff in quality control procedures and protocols.
• Analyze test data and communicate findings to relevant departments for process improvements.
• Interpret and apply quality assurance standards, methodologies, and regulations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of quality control policies and procedures.
