  • Review project submittals, field installation drawings, and schedules to ensure timely completion of quality control activities.
  • Create and maintain checklists that meet contract and specification requirements.
  • Ensure that QA/QC documentation is properly uploaded and maintained in Procore and ACC.
  • Monitor Procore Punch List Items, ensuring that they are addressed or closed within seven (7) days.
  • Ensure OpenSpace captures are conducted regularly, and Duke Standards are consistently implemented throughout all project phases.
  • Manage QC activities and administration via ACC.
Process Improvement and Compliance
  • Develop, implement, and manage inspection and testing processes to ensure all work meets required quality standards and specifications.
  • Identify areas for improvement in quality control practices and recommend solutions.
  • Review electrical construction quality control procedures to enhance performance and consistency.
  • Maintain detailed records of inspection, examination, and testing data.
  • Support project teams in their efforts to deliver high-quality finished products.
  • Participate in preconstruction meetings and provide quality input during planning stages.
  • Schedule, plan, and conduct quarterly oversight of third-party contractors and provide management reports.
  • Ensure compliance with state, FAA, and other applicable contracting or owner agencies.
Leadership and Communication
  • Supervise, train, and evaluate QA/QC staff to promote a culture of quality and accountability.
  • Coordinate with Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and other departments to align quality goals.
  • Act as the project quality liaison with clients, contractors, and regulatory entities.
