Job summary

Leap Health, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Quality & Network Oversight to own Leap's Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement program, building it from the ground up to ensure safe, high-quality care across every partner in our network.

You will vet and credential partners, establish clinical standards, develop dashboards, monitor safety data, and deliver monthly quality reporting to leadership, shaping how Leap grows while maintaining patient care excellence.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• 5+ years as an RN with 2+ years in clinical quality or patient safety.
• Direct experience with a QAPI or quality improvement program.
• Strong clinical judgment to define quality standards and make care determinations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with external partners.

Responsibilities

• Stand up and own Leap's QAPI program end to end—from intake to root-cause analysis and action tracking.
• Ensure consistent, high-quality care across partner networks and care-delivery partners.
• Define and measure clinical quality standards aligned to NHIA CMS QAPI methodology.
• Build dashboards on infusion data to provide real-time visibility into care delivery.
• Monitor safety data and surface emerging signals before issues arise.
• Develop network-wide quality metrics and deliver monthly leadership reports.
• Identify variation in care quality and drive corrective action across partners.
• Foster a just-culture approach to reporting and system improvement.
