Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Two (2) years of experience in program coordination within healthcare.
• Master's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage external quality programs and project plans with leadership and external agencies.
• Create comprehensive project plans and timelines to achieve program goals.
• Identify opportunities for improvement through analysis of program indicators and produce actionable reports for leadership.
• Demonstrate ownership of outcomes and collaborate with interdisciplinary groups in planning, designing, implementing, and improving patient care services.
