Welbilt in the United States seeks a Principal Business Systems Analyst to optimize QAD AE/EE environments across multi-domain, multi-currency operations. You will work closely with Finance, Operations, and IT to capture requirements and translate them into robust ERP solutions.

The role emphasizes month-end close support, business process improvements, and user training on standardized QAD processes while collaborating with global teams to ensure consistent delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, information systems, IT, or related field.
• 8+ years hands-on experience supporting QAD AE and/or QAD EE environments.
• Strong functional expertise in QAD Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, Costing, multi-currency).
• Experience implementing QAD in multi-domain, multi-currency environments.
• Proven ability to support month-end and year-end close activities and resolve discrepancies.
• Experience gathering requirements and creating functional designs, process flows, MD50 docs.

Responsabilités

• Provide functional support for QAD AE/EE Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, Costing, multi-currency).
• Support multi-domain configuration and financial consolidation processes.
• Troubleshoot month-end/year-end issues and currency translation discrepancies.
• Gather and manage business requirements, functional specs, and test plans.
• Lead or support QAD AE/EE implementation projects, including training.
• Promote standardized QAD processes across domains and business units.
• Collaborate with global QAD analysts and IT teams to ensure delivery.
