QAD ERP Implementation Lead for Manufacturing & Distribution

Job description

We are looking for experienced Manufacturing and Distribution Consultants with strong expertise in QAD ERP Implementation & Migration projects. The ideal candidate will have deep functional knowledge of QAD business processes, hands-on implementation experience, and the ability to lead client-facing workshops and drive successful ERP deployments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate client-facing workshops, including: Business Process Workshops, Test Script Workshops, Conference Room Pilots (CRPs), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Analyze, design, and implement end-to-end QAD business processes.
• Actively participate in QAD ERP implementation and migration projects.
• Drive process improvements aligned with industry best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and validate business requirements.
• Support data migration and validation using QAD tools.
• Provide functional expertise across Manufacturing & Distribution modules.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in QAD ERP (Enterprise Edition and later versions).
• Proven full lifecycle implementation experience as a Functional Consultant.
• Hands-on experience in at least one end-to-end process:Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Quote-to-Cash (Q2C), Planning andManufacturing.
• Deep understanding of Manufacturing & Distribution business processes.
• Strong client-facing communication and workshop facilitation skills.

Technical Skills

• Experience with: QAD Web UI and Adaptive UX (AUX) / Adaptive Experience (preferred).
• Familiarity with data tools:Excelerator, Excel Integration, and AUX Export/Import.
