Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services seeks a skilled specialist with deep QAD EE E-Commerce and Distribution modules experience, focusing on order management and shipment processes. You will work on EDI translations, transformation maps, and QAD EE solution design and testing.

The role requires strong communication, on-call availability, and ability to thrive in an onsite/offshore delivery model. Bachelor’s degree in CS is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with QAD EE E-Commerce and related modules.
• Strong understanding of EDI formats (ANSI X12 / EDIFACT).
• Experience in designing and testing QAD EE solutions.
• Ability to work in on-site/offshore delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Provide production support and be on-call for critical issues.
• Triaging issues and delivering timely resolutions to users.
• Suggest permanent fixes for recurring problems.
• Consult on QAD EE E-Commerce functionality and ensure delivery success.
• Communicate effectively within the team and with stakeholders.
• Collaborate in an Onsite/Offshore delivery model.

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• Extensive understanding of QAD EE E-Commerce Module.
• Should have extensive Hands-On work experience on QAD EE E-Commerce Module.
• Extensive experience in QAD EE Distribution Module with specific focus on Order Management and Shipment Process
• Must have experience in QAD EE, EDI Translations, Process Maps and Transformation maps
• Experience in Design / Build and Testing E-Commerce functional / Technical solutions.
• Good understanding of EDI file formats like ANSI X12 / EDIFACT and different messages like schedule releases / ASN / Invoice etc.
• Knowledge of basic workflow of B2B application like IBM SI etc.
• Expertise on development using PROGRESS 4 GL programming Language

Roles & Responsibilities

• Working in production support environment
• Must be available on call to handle any critical issues / system outages.
• Triaging of issues and providing resolutions to the business users
• Identifying recurring issues and suggesting permanent fixes
• Along with support, will be responsible for providing consultation and solutions built in the area of QAD EE E-Commerce functionality, ensure successful delivery, individually participate and contributes to any issues that may affect application functionality
• Generic Managerial Skills, If any
• Good communication and team skills to ensure smooth support of application
• Experience in working in Onsite/Offshore model

Salary Range: $100,000 - $130,000 per year
